- Schedule caregivers for home care
- Ensure all shifts are covered
- Monitor caregivers' clock-in and clock-out times
- Complete assigned tasks
- Conduct Client-Caregiver introductions
- Conduct home supervision visits
- Manage caregivers to achieve high patient/client satisfaction
- Ensure 24/7 access to qualified support
- Resolve caregiver or client concerns/complaints
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
*Requirements:*
- 1+ year experience as a scheduler at a Home Care Agency
- CNA experience (Certified Nurse Assistant)
- Proficient in computer programs and business software
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Passion for caring for seniors
