📋 Your Mission Will Be To:
Customer Support Excellence
Provide top-notch customer service through email, chat, and voice support
Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
Technical & Order Management
Assist customers with order tracking, refunds, and product inquiries
Navigate and utilize Shopify, Freshdesk, Aircall, and Shipmonk effectively
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
Team Collaboration & Efficiency
Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve customer concerns
Follow established processes while identifying areas for improvement
Maintain reliability and consistency in performance and attendance
