Kingston Based Company Seeks to Employ: Central Station Operator.


Description:
The Central Station Operator will be the first point of contact in providing solutions to customers’ issues. The CSO is required to use expertise, passion and accuracy to meet the needs of our customers.

Main Duties:
• Provide customers with accurate location of vehicles upon request.
• Maintain / update customer information to ensure records are current.
• Place outgoing customer courtesy calls and appointment reminders.
• Perform necessary customer verifications to validate information presented is accurate.
• Resolves customer queries via text, email and telephone.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and / Work Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 CXC subjects (Math and English included) or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year customer service in a call center environment.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid Government issued ID
• Have flexibility and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given and standard accepted practices.
• Excellent computer proficiency with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to multi task and perform basic computer systems and internet navigation skills.
