Job Description: Accounting Assistant
Growing aggregates company is seeking the services of an Accounting Assistant. He/She will be responsible for oversight of the administrative staff and  ensuring that all accounting and administrative functions are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures.
 Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining asset register
Monitor and recording the levels of high value inventory items
Creating  logs to aid in the production of Cost reports and implementing controls and measures to ensure that operations are cost efficient.
Maintaining a proper inventory system
Payroll
Creating Budgets and Forecast 

Education and Skills
First degree in Accounting or similar qualification/certification
High level of oral and written communication. 
 High level of attention to detail and analytical aptitude. 
At least 3 years of bookkeeping and or accounting experience. 
Knowledge of Quickbooks
