Requirements:

·       Proven experience as a personal assistant

·         Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·         Note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational skills

·         Ability to Manage internal and external correspondence

·         Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

·         Proficiency in appointment scheduling

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent  interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

·       Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

·        Customer service skills

·        High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Entering data and keeping records.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.

·        Reminding manager/executive of important task and deadlines

·        miscellaneous tasks to support manager, which may vary from time to time

·        Act as the point of contact between the manager and external clients

·        Handle requests and queries appropriately

·        Outstanding organizational and time management skills

·        Discretion and confidentiality

·        Punctuality and reliability

 

Qualification:

  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training OR

·       PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
