Requirements

Customer Service Communication skills (fluent in English)Digital project management experienceExemplary organization skillsExcellent follow-through and implementation skillsSelf-starter, autonomous and has a team player attitudeDesire to genuinely help our customers (Coaches) succeedProvide quality customer service to customers and potential new customersAbility to have onboarding Zoom calls with customersAbility to create, manage, and update documentation of the platformAbility to record quick Loom videos for Clients

Responsibilities

Teaching customers how to use the platformCreate bug reports, and communicate fixes and updates to the customersOngoing status meetings with the Customer support teamWorking as a virtual assistant with assigned upcoach customers (Coaches)

Working conditions

The VA will only be working on a part-time engagement with a minimum of 10 hours a week.

The VA will also be asked to meet and attend different client calls so having a good and reliable internet connection is required. Must also have a good working space that's free from noises and distracting background.We are a completely remote company helping Coaches deliver results to their clients.
