Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner. Additionally, the CSA will be responsible for assisting with sales conversion and upselling.

Requirements
Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional mannerEnsure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective mannerAssist with sales conversion by providing product information and making recommendations to customersUpsell products and services to customers when appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's CRM systemKeep up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to better assist customers

Responsibilities
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a sales environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekendsA positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have
