Requirements

Years of Experience - 6 months CSA 

Software/platforms required  - Re:amaze


• At least 6 months experience as a CSA

• Excellent written communication skills

• Critical Thinker

• Proficiency in Re:amaze is preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Clickbank is preferred but not required

• Must be personable and friendly

• Ability to triage concerns accordingly

• Proactive and self-starter


Responsibilities

•manage any inbound requests promptly

•answering questions and support needed from customers or potential buyers

•Mitigate refunds and increase sales

•Answer emails and log refund requests

•refund requests and tier 2 technical issues are to be logged and reported to the client

•Answering pre-sale inquiries

•Answering post-sale inquiries
