MARKETING COORDINATOR – FONTANA PHARMACY

GENERAL START DATE:  JUNE 19, 2017

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and execute all marketing initiatives internally and externally
Maintain open communication channel with advertising partners
Mainstream Media & Ad Placements
Coordinate with external social media team to create and post relevant content on all social media platforms relating to in-store promotions; products and “special moments”
Text blasts
Target small and medium establishments regarding store product offerings.
Manage promotion, sponsorship and event across stores
Hotel Marketing
Manage marketing materials - gift certificate books, Prescription pads etc.
Coordinate and execute store signage and branding goods
Create and continuously update product catalogue based on seasonal and promotional
Assist with the planning and coordination of seasonal marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication,
or Business Administration
or a related discipline
Must have at least 1 year of retail marketing and event planning experience; advertising/agency experience is a plus
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field
Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license
Must possess excellent time management skills
Must be able to work on shifts and public holidays
