Technical Support Team Lead

Software Knowledge – CRM, Screen Share Software (GoToMeeting, Teamviewer etc)
• Tertiary level education in IT or equivalent (worked in similar role)
• Experience in Technical support over the phone
• Experience troubleshooting software
• Ability to do a live demonstrate via screen-share
• Excellent phone presence/Superb communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and learn independently
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
