Lubricant / Warehouse Attendant

A Kingston-based Company specializing in the sales and service of premium brand equipment and 
distribution of premium brand lubricants is looking to fill a vacant role:
Lubricant / Warehouse Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the receipt, offloading and storage process for delivery and volume of 
products.
- Maintain general high standard and comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environment 
policy; local regulation, quality guidelines, work instruction and procedures. 
- Maintain general upkeep and conduct frequent inspection of facility to ensure no hazardous 
or safety risk exists.
- To carry out operational tasks associated with consistent tracking and logging of product
volume. 
- Ensure FiFo method is employed logging manufacture date and expiration advising in a 
timely manner of products coming to expiration.
- Ensure to provide appropriate advise, removal and quarantine of damaged / expired 
products from inventory in a timely manner.
- Ensure consistent upkeep and removal of dust from Lubricant drums in warehouse.
- Operate safely in all areas of responsibility and maintain product quality and integrity and 
legal specifications.
- Ensure requirements are observed for the sampling, retaining, testing, changing and disposal 
of lubricant.

- Compliance, Control, Risk and Exposure experience.
- Demonstrated experience in handling hazardous material and possessing high safety 
knowledge.
- Experience handling pipelines, pump, valves and coupling.
- Execute loading, unloading and delivery operations.
- Operate forklifts to handle products and warehouse materials.
- Able to read metres / measurements with precision and accuracy.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) in a timely 
manner.
- Keep a clean and safe environment and optimize space utilization.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
- Proficiency in FIFO and LIFO inventory system.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Mechanical, Chemical or engineering background would be an asset but not a requirement.
- High School Diploma / Warehouse Management or Heart Level II Certification.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard working hours when necessary.
