Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, full-time, remote team member to help wow our customers! We are a full-service property management company based in the United States (Eastern Time). We are a small team looking to grow. You would be responsible for the following:
- Answering phones and promptly returning texts, chats, voicemails and missed calls
- Promptly replying to emails from customers
- Working in a ticketing system (HelpScout)
- Working in a web-based workflow management system (Process Street)
- Working in several other web-based systems
- Answering prospective tenants’ questions on properties listed for rent and questions around our application criteria
- Answering questions from current tenants and owners
- Passing along and requesting documentation from third parties
- Data entry
- Generating leases and on-boarding new tenants and owners
- Following and improvi nng upon processes
- Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- You must have a webcam
- Must have wired headset for answering phone calls via computer (we will provide software)
- Your primary internet connection must be reliable and have enough bandwidth to be on video calls throughout the day with the rest of our team
- Have a backup internet connection
- Work hours Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Be able to work in an environment free from distractions and background noise
Required Skills:
- Extreme attention to detail
- Energetic and friendly on the phone and over email
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to calmly talk to and resolve issues with frustrated clients (customer service)
- Ability to quickly learn new web-based software
- Proficiency at typing and general computer skills
- Ability to self-manage tasks
- Ability to strictly comply with processes and policies and continuously initiate improvement to those processes and policies
