Enrollment Clerk (Sessional) (6-Month Contract)

 

The selected candidate will Perform administrative activities involved in assisting the successful operation of Direct Marketing campaigns.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the distribution of collateral for Offer Campaigns (electronic and direct mail).
  • Assist with the member enrolment process for all campaigns.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of direct and worksite marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare member communication as required.
  • Manage the card/ certificate distribution process.
  • Handle client queries from Agents, Brokers and clients.
  • Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.

 

Academic Qualifications/ Specialized Skills/ Competencies:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline from a recognized institution. 
  • Two (2) years’ working experience in the insurance industry.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits Products.
  • Ability to work on own initiative given appropriate guidelines and objectives.
  • Sound knowledge in personal computing software applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Client Services Representative - Spanish Town

 

The selected candidate will deliver superior service and experience with every interaction to the Company’s clients consistent with the objectives of the Division. This involves giving prompt and accurate information, process financial transactions and policy changes speedily and accurately.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interview clients requesting funds and advise them of the amounts available.
  • Provide information to Employee Benefits Administrators Limited, Employee Benefits Division and Individual Life clients on claim status, policy status, loans, dividend and fund balances.
  • Input data to generate policy benefit payments for walk-in clients, transactions initiated in branches and received by mail. Endorse policy contracts with the amounts disbursed. 
  • Ensure all pertinent data relating to the clients are collected at the time of interaction.
  • Process all policy changes via the Workforce Management System (P360) and provide feedback to internal/ external clients as appropriate.
  • Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
     

Academic Qualifications/ Specialized Skills/ Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • ACS designation would be an asset. 
  • Two (2) years’ working experience within the Insurance industry.
  • Excellent attitude to client service and teamwork.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrable persuasiveness, empathy and tact.
  • Sound knowledge of computer software packages including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
