Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant 

  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational skills

  • Ability to Manage internal and external correspondence 

  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent  interpersonal skills 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

  • Customer service skills

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Entering data and keeping records.

  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.

  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.

  • Reminding manager/executive of important task and deadlines

  • miscellaneous tasks to support manager, which may vary from time to time

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and external clients

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Punctuality and reliability 


Qualification:

  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training OR

  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
