Our team is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who will be fully involved in developing & growing our social channels and supporting our Marketing Operations Manager in facilitating efficient and effective marketing campaigns to further increase brand awareness at TalentPop. 


 

Responsibilities

As a rockstar Social Media Manager/Content Creator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Generate ideas for social posts across multiple channels (Linkedin, Instagram, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube) for every day of the week, on a monthly basis

  • Create graphics (videos & photos) for upcoming scheduled social posts & coordinate with the graphic designer as needed for more difficult projects

  • Write captions + hashtags for all social media posts

  • Create & maintain a content calendar in Asana 

  • Manually post on select social accounts daily 

  • Engage on social media accounts daily to improve engagement

  • Design graphics for our blog posts & case studies

  • Assist the Marketing Operations Manager in ensuring all freelancers are meeting their deadlines within the Asana Project Management System

  • Assist the Marketing Operations Manager with administrative tasks as needed

  • Assist the Marketing Operations Manager, Graphic Designer, and Copywriter with our bi-monthly newsletter as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this position you would need to be/have:

  • 1+ years of Social Media experience

  • 1+ years experience in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

  • Comfortable with TikTok Video Creation/Video Editing

  • Highly Creative

  • Strong understanding of E-commerce, Marketing & Customer Service

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Form)

  • Knowledge/Experience with Asana is a plus!!

  • Reliable, organized and detail-oriented

  • Self-sufficient and directed

  • Can work independently but can work well as a part of a team

  • Resourceful, proactive, and communicative; willing to take on multiple tasks, and wear different hats when needed!

  • Passionate, positive, and willing to grow within the team!

  • Reliable Internet Connection (Backup ISP is also required!)

  • Reliable Working PC

  • Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and Email


Internet Requirements:

  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection required (20 mbps minimum). 

  • Back internet connection is required (For backup internet, required speed should be at least 10 mbps).

  • All applicants will be required to send the most recent speedtest for Approval for both your Primary and Backup Internet Connections.

Note: If your Internet Connection speed is lower than 20 Mbps or you do not have a backup internet available, you will be required to set this up prior to working with us. Failure to not have a backup internet source is a violation of our internal Policy and may result in termination.


Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM US PST (12AM - 9AM PH)
