Our Client in Kingston is seeking a Training & development specialist.
Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain training programs within the organisation that support group mission statement and core value, goals and objective
Ensure employee reach their highest potential
Serve as trainer of new hire, refresher, possess, technical, soft kills, customers service skill, cross-skill, up-skill classroom training modules
Lead to company's effort on the development of the regional management by providing ongoing training and coaching branches and streamline all HR training .
Quantification
A Bachelors degree
A minimum of 3 years of training experience preferably in hospitality industry.
