Supervises the daily activity of team by monitoring, coaching, motivating and developing each team member to ensure chat quality, sales techniques and compliancy guidelines.
Interviewing, hiring and discipline at necessary.
Administers Performance Management Process as needed to develop agent performance and behavior.
Flexible work schedule is a must

Required Experience/Education:
3-5 yrs minimum experience Call Center Customer Service/Sales Experience
5 years of Supervisory Experience
Proficient Excel skills
Proven track record of motivating and coaching Sales Teams
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Experience – Click2Chat / Online Chat
