QUALITY SERVICE SURVEYORS

Distribute surveys to hotel guests, enter survey data and provide written feedback to be used to evaluate service quality of different departments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Carry out guest satisfaction surveys in hotel establishments
* Obtain hotel information from designated hotel personnel on the number of guests in-
house
* Collect objective data on guests’ satisfaction as indicated on company surveys
* scan and send data collected to headquarters
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good time management skills
* Computer literate
We work at night in various hotels in jamaica
