Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Experience preferredStrong communication skills - both written and verbalStrong command of grammarStrong critical thinking skillsE-Commerce experience is a PLUS!Adaptable to changes in work environmentCompetitive and enjoys a fast-paced customer service environmentReliable Internet Connection (Backup ISP is also required!)Reliable Working PCExperience using Shopify, BigCommerce, and/or Amazon is a plus but not required.Experience using Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and/or G Suite is a plus but not required.Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and Email.Phone, Email, LiveChat, SMS Support is a plus!Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skillsExperience with CRM/Helpdesk Platforms and E-commerce Softwares (Gorgias, Zendesk, and Shopify experience is a plus!)
Work Hours:
Full-Time Positions onlyTypical Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM ESTWeekends and Weekdays
