Our Perfect Candidate:
• 2yrs+ Experience in Customer Service:
Proven experience handling Phone Support, and Email Support.
• Must be comfortable handling Phone Support for a client 90% of the time.
• Must have experience/knowledge with Customer Retention and Sales/Upselling to win back customers' subscriptions!
• E-Commerce experience and interest in the Health and Wellness space is a delightful PLUS!
• Must have hands-on experience working with Gorgias, Shopify, and Aircall.
• Has Reliable Internet Connection and Reliable Laptop/Computer Device (Back Up ISP Required!)
• Flexible to work during weekends.
• Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and Email.
Here is a glimpse into a typical week on the job:
• Handle Phone Support and provide a seamless customer experience to the Customers.
• Handle Email Support when needed.
• Maintain Customer Relationships.
• Win back customers’ subscriptions.
Work Hours:
• FULL-TIME POSITION! 40 hours/week.
• Shift hours starts anywhere from 5AM US PST to 8AM US PST.
Compensation/Perks:
• $3/hr to start and $4/hr once handling phone calls
