Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time Travel Concierge. You will work remotely, supporting guests staying at luxury vacation rentals. The Concierge team is a close-knit, bubbly team within Wander. We work hard and often contribute to various side projects within Wander’s Guest Experience department. Location (Remote):
Live in the Jamaican time zone (training for the first few weeks will be 4 PM-12 AM, but the permanent schedule is from 11 AM to 7 PM, five times a week)
This role is also open to remote workers in Argentina, Haiti, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
This job serves the hospitality industry and requires the ability to work night shifts, holidays, and weekends
Have a smooth-running laptop that can handle multiple tabs and software at the same time
Have strong internet access at home (this job is remote)
Phone for the international calling app
Creative and has good critical thinking skills
Empathy and listening skills
Day-to-day will consist of:
Answering common questions with scripts
Solving possibly complex requests and concerns from guests with creativity
Software such as Notion, Breezeway, Shopify, our internal software (we’ll show you how to use these)
Doing related tasks assigned to you by your manager
