Who We're Looking For:

Experience with systems such as Help Desk Software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud), Live Chat Tools (e.g., Intercom, LiveChat, Drift), Knowledge Base/FAQ Systems, Call Center Software, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools is a plus but not necessary.
