Responsibilities:

Optimize listings for all Amazon products and brand page
Manage inventory levels for all Amazon listed products
Respond to customer service inquiries via Amazon
Manage incoming Amazon reviews
Provide marketing reports on Amazon Ad Campaigns
Communicate with vendors on inventory management and order tracking

Requirements:

1+ year experience as Amazon VA/CS
Knowledge of Amazon SEO is a plus
Extensive customer service/e-commerce experience
Resourceful and self-sufficient
Proactive and organized
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written communication skills
