Job Description:

This versatile role blends administrative support, light sales/closing activities, and operational management. The ideal candidate is intelligent, coachable, and eager to grow into greater responsibility as the company expands.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming client calls and emails, providing accurate information or directing them appropriately.

• Manage CRM and scheduling platform (Booking Koala) for the cleaning business, ensuring smooth operations between clients and service providers.

• Oversee and support cleaners, addressing operational needs and maintaining service quality.

• Perform light cold calling and outreach to potential partners or contractors (5–10 calls per week).

• Follow up with pre-qualified leads and assist in closing sales for cleaning and engineering services.

• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and client communication.

• Grow into a supervisory role as the business expands and additional assistants are hired.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

• Comfortable handling both administrative and sales-related tasks.

• Available to work part-time initially, with potential to grow into full-time.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in operations, customer service, or sales support.

• Familiarity with CRM or booking platforms.

• Background in service-based industries (cleaning, home services, or similar) is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Intelligent, coachable, and ambitious.

• Proactive and adaptable, willing to balance multiple tasks.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads (some weeks light, others heavier).

• Professional phone presence and client-facing demeanor.

 

Software & Tools:

• Booking Koala (cleaning business platform).

• CRM systems for client and lead management.

• Email and phone communication tools.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 PST

 

Policies:

• Working hours: Flexible. Some weeks 5h, other weeks up to 50h. Initial plan is part-time, with possibility to grow into full-time. Min: ~20h/week. Max: ~40–50h/week depending on business needs.

• Expenses for licenses: NO – none required.

• Expenses for equipment: NO – candidate uses own equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Role starts as part-time at 7–9 USD/hour with strong commissions. Mix of salary and commission, with strong earning potential from commission structure. Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
