Telephone Interviewer
An independent research company in Kingston, Jamaica is seeking to hire qualified individuals as telephone interviewers. 
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must:
i. Have passing grades in at least one subject at CXC-CSEC or City & Guilds
ii. Possess excellent communication skills- Be a good listener; be able to follow instructions; be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
iii. Possess great people skills
iv. Display good work ethic- Be reliable, motivated, punctual and able to work well under pressure
v. Have a Positive Attitude- Be confident, courteous, honest, patient and respectful
vi. Be a team player and be flexible
vii. Be professional
viii. Have proficiency in operating Android devices (cell phones and tablets)
Interviewers must be:
i. Willing and able to work in an office setting and from home
ii. Self-motivated and persistent
iii. Able to handle rejection tactfully
iv. Ready to comfortably build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups
v. Flexible enough to work under varying conditions including weekends, long hours etc.
JOB DETAILS
A telephone interviewer is required to:
Speak with persons from all socio-economic backgrounds within the Caribbean to conduct telephone interviews
Accurately complete questionnaires
Keep all details of the assigned research project private
Follow basic interviewing techniques outlined in training
Other Details
Interviewers will be contracted to work on this research project for its duration.
Project duration is 9 months (November 2025 to July 2026).
Interviewers will work for five days with scheduled days from Sunday to Saturday.
