About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Representative who can manage inbound leads,
perform outbound outreach and support basic sales/marketing automations. This role
combines inside sales, light customer support, email marketing assistance, and campaign
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
• Respond to incoming inquiries by email or online form
• Understand customer needs and recommend the proper course, bundle, or digital
product
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase order value
• Follow up with warm leads, abandoned carts, and pending questions
Outbound Sales
• Conduct outreach to potential customers and partners
• Build small outbound email/message campaigns to generate new sales
• Re-engage past customers with updated offers or new products
• Track outreach activity in CRM or spreadsheets
Customer Support (Light)
• Assist customers with accessing purchased courses or digital products
• Handle basic technical/account questions
• Direct customers to supporting resources or FAQs
• Escalate complex issues to the support team when necessary
Product Knowledge
• Learn the features and benefits of all courses, bundles, and documents
• Explain who each product is designed for and what outcomes it delivers
• Stay updated on new releases or promotions
• Help customers compare options to find the best fit
Campaigns & Automations
• Assist with setting up basic sales automations and follow-up flows
• Create simple sales or promotional campaigns using provided templates
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, clicks, responses)
• Suggest improvements to improve conversions
Email Marketing Support
• Prepare and send outbound marketing emails
• Help segment email lists by customer type or lead stage
• Support monthly newsletters and promotional blasts
• Track simple metrics (deliveries, opens, clicks)
Administrative & Tracking
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions
• Update CRM/tracking sheets daily
• Identify recurring questions and provide feedback to the team
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and active conversations
Internal Communication & Routing
• Forward job applications to HR or recruiting
• Route non-sales inquiries appropriately
• Collaborate with operations, support, and marketing teams
• Report customer feedback or product issues when needed
Requirements
• 1–3 years in sales, customer service, outreach, or email marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with CRMs, email platforms, and digital tools
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
• Reliable availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Nice to Have
• Experience selling online courses, digital products, or SaaS
• Familiarity with simple automation tools (Klaviyo, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Interest or experience in trucking/logistics
• Outbound sales or cold outreach experience
