One of our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist with CRM data hygiene, customer follow-ups, and outbound email communications. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, consistent, and a strong communicator.
π Schedule
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
15–30 min unpaid break
Schedule may be adjusted if needed
πΉ Responsibilities
Maintain and clean CRM data as requested
Follow up with customers post-service via calls, emails, and CRM documentation
Send outbound emails to prospective customers using approved templates
Keep accurate records of all actions, outcomes, and next steps
Provide end-of-shift summaries of completed tasks, ongoing items, and blockers
Respond promptly to manager communications during scheduled hours
✅ Requirements
Ability to work the full scheduled shift consistently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and consistency
Comfortable working in a CRM and following documented processes
Willingness to track all work time using TopTracker
Accountability for deadlines, meetings, and communicating absences in advance
π Preferred Experience
1+ year in administrative support, operations support, customer support, or CRM/data entry roles
Experience with CRM cleanup and data hygiene
Professional email communication and consistent documentation
HubSpot experience is a plus (not required)
