About the Role:
We’re hiring Service Representatives to support families from the moment a loved one enters our care through the final steps of the cremation process. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every case is handled with accuracy, compassion, and attention to detail.
In this role, you’ll own key parts of the journey—coordinating transportation, managing documentation, and ensuring ashes are returned safely. You’ll work directly with families and external partners to provide clarity, build trust, and make sure nothing is missed.
This position is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment. We’re in active build mode, and this role offers meaningful growth for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and motivated to support others during an important moment in their lives.
