ET Transport is urgently seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Driver Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to identify and attract qualified driving professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and track applicants throughout the hiring process
- Create, post, and manage job listings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history
- Negotiate job offers and successfully close candidates
- Maintain accurate applicant records using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (trucking/logistics experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Understanding of CDL requirements and DOT regulations (preferred)
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet hiring targets
