Tech Support Manager (Software) “Kingston”


If you have provided support for a software application (SaaS, B2B) in a customer success or customer support role, you are the right person for the job! If you are a very fast learner with technical competencies (software), great attitude and the ability to manage people,  please apply!

Software Knowledge – CRM (Sales Force, Zoho etc), Customer Support Software (Zendesk, Groove etc), Screen Share Software(GoToMeeting, Teamviewer etc)
• Tertiary level education in IT or equivalent (worked in similar role)
• Experience in Customer Success/ Technical support
• Ability to do a live demonstrate via screen-share
• Excellent phone presence/Superb communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and learn independently
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
