We’re looking for:
DELIVERY MANAGER (remote) – To drive teams to consistently achieve results through building client confidence and exceptional people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a minimum of 30 team members
Consistently deliver services that exceed client's expectation
Foster an environment that supports teams working productively and excellently
Build proactive communication and drive results collaboratively with other DMs and stakeholders
Contribute to expansion whilst minimizing revenue leakage
Ability to form effective plans and roadmaps
Managing a complex team containing various roles
 
Key Deliverables:
Consistently improve expansion + contraction + churn
Maintain client satisfaction (NPS)
Maintain Delivery Unit and Employee margins
Onboard new clients effectively
Manage people well
