Core Functions:
· Greet and welcome prospective Customers with a smile while maintaining eye contact, good posture and professional attitude.
· Constantly seeking to increase profitability, achieving and exceeding targets.
· Perform duties in accordance with operating procedures described in the Operator’s Manual & Public Relations Guidelines.
· Display cordiality, transparency, rapidity and efficiency to achieve excellence in customer care.
· Maintain corporate image and observe proper care of the functioning tools of the work centre.
· Other duties that may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Requirements for this positions:
· Strong Commercial Behavior & Sales Skill
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent Customer Service Skills.
· Must have a strong command of the English Language. Other languages would be an asset.
· At least have an Associate degree or related certification in field applying to.
· At least 2 years working experience, 2 years being in job post you are applying.
· Results oriented.
· Must be able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays.
· Must be able to stand long periods without a problem.
· Must have a Valid National Identifications, TRN & NIS Cards.
· Must have a valid Police Record.
· Must have reference letters from JP, Pastor, Police Officer, Doctor or Lawyer.
· Must have necessary qualifications to show.
· Must be living no further than 40 minutes from work location.
