Customer Service Agents

Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.
We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team!
 

Duties:
Proactively reach out to (call), and contact, interested car seller leads and sell them on booking an evaluation for their car.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Provide efficient, courteous customer service
Seamlessly process all transactions while following company policies & procedures
Accurately track and update all activity on internal CRM tools.
Need to be flexible for scheduling 
Perform other duties as assigned
Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
Your commitment :
Fluency in English, spoken and written
Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
Personal integrity and conscientiousness
Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
Team player
Continuous learner
Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on)
Have your own laptop (Windows 10 Ram 8.0 GB 0r more, 32 -bit Operating system) 
Noise Cancelling headset.
 
Internet Requirement: Internet Speed of 30- 40 Mbps, Latency -15 ms, Loaded-99 ms upload speed-19mbps.
