The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for potential customers via outbound calls, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound calls/sms, administrative work, and bookings).
Responsibilities
Make Outbound Calls and Answer Inbound calls
Communicate with leads via SMS/Email
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Get Familiar with our clients products/services (spa-based)
Schedule Appointments
Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the English lanuguage
Experience in the BPO Industry
General Knowledge of Google Docs
Requirements
High-Quality Noise Cancelling USB Headsets (Mute button must be included)
Dependable Internet Connection
Access to Laptop/Computer
Must be able to work any hour within a 24hr Shift Schedule
Must have a quiet place to work
Pay : $3-$4USD Hrly +Incentive&Bonuses
