Job Description:
MARKETING AGENT:
• Manages/Monitor all company’s social media application
• Use social media marketing tools to maximize effectiveness
• Develop, implement and manage our social media content &
strategy for Global Systems Source Ltd.
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and
technologies
• Collaborate with Graphic Artist, Sales and Technical Support Team
Members
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content
optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social
media to create a strong network
• Answer customer’s questions and concerns by providing
constructive feedback, status update etc.
• Convert leads generated from Social Media Platforms into Sales Opportunities.
SALES AGENT:
• Generate Sales Leads
• Sell all the Products and Services in the company’s Portfolio
• Meet monthly sales quota of JMD$2,000,000.00 per month.
• Create Quotations and send to customers via email, fax, mail etc.
• Bill Invoices when a sale is made.
• Inform customers of deals and promotions
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
communication whether by making customers visits or by
telephone.
• Keep records of customer interactions, so that the management can
have these information/update when required.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools
• Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution Resolve
customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media by
providing the appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
acceptable limits
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Effectively manage incoming Sales Calls
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for
calling/visiting.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify/update
account information, collection of outstanding balances on accounts
etc.
• Act as a relief for the Reception Desk during lunch period and other
time period/days that the front desk personnel is absent from work.
