Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational skills
Ability to Manage internal and external correspondence
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Customer service skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Entering data and keeping records.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
Reminding manager/executive of important task and deadlines
miscellaneous tasks to support manager, which may vary from time to time
Act as the point of contact between the manager and external clients
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Punctuality and reliability
Qualification:
Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training OR
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
