Pinnacle Estimations limited a US based company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. Opportunity for continued growth for the right person.. 

Job description: 
Responsible for smooth running of the office.
Taking care of all general administrative activities.
Working with XL sheets and other Microsoft softwares required.
Familiarity and comfort with Websites a must.
Good at rechearch.
Good at Uploading and downloading large files.
Responsible for Receivables.

Requirements:
*Extremely Organized
*A good command and pronunciation of English language,
 *Proficiency in MS Office, MS XL and all related softwares.
*Efficient with computers.
*Excellent  verbal and written communication skills, 
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills, 
*Intrinsically motivated
*Excellent time and task management skills
*College Diploma or excellent High School credentials.
*Qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary 2  year experience in a similar position

Training will be provided 

Work hours 8am to 5pm Monday Thru Friday
