ModSquad has partnered with the best of the best in student housing. With over 30 years of experience, this client knows exactly what students need from a place to live.

As a member of this team, you will respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls and emails.

Commitment:

25 hours per week including 4 hours per day on Saturday and Sunday.

90 days (as needed)

Project Hours:

Daily, 12 AM - 12 PM PT

Basic Requirements:

. Experience with high volume customer service

. Experience and fluency in English writing/speaking

Experience working with company escalation policy

? Full access to a work computer that meets minimum requirements

Access to a high-speed and stable internet

connection

A quiet work environment free from distractions

. Ability to work 25 hours per week between the hours of 12 AM PT - 12 PM PT, including weekends, with availability for more

What you will do:

Handle customer interactions via inbound calls and emails.

. Courteous and professional tone and excellent use of proper English grammar

? Document all components of the interaction, including troubleshooting steps and resolution

. Efficiently control each interaction to quickly identify the issue and resolve the customer's concern

. Be prompt, on-time, and available to assist all customers at the start of your assigned shift

. Work collaboratively with teammates to strengthen knowledge, share best practices, and provide valuable insight to the client

(punctuation, capitalization, spelling, correct tense usage) and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
