Job Title: Social Media Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Position Type: Part-Time (40 hours per month) 2 flexible hours Daily
We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage our social media presence and enhance our brand visibility. This individual will play a vital role in content creation, engagement with followers, and analytics reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience with social media platforms and a strong understanding of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Social Media Management
Create, manage, and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
-Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries promptly.
-Assist in developing graphics and captions using tools like Canva.
-Content Creation & Strategy
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with marketing goals.
-Analyze social media performance metrics and propose strategies for improvement.
-Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
-Client Outreach & Engagement
- Conduct outreach activities to attract potential clients through social media channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers and potential clients.
-Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and events linked to social media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management or a related role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Business Suite, Canva).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
