Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team remotely. This role will be client-facing, requiring exceptional communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate regularly with clients primarily over email and skype to understand their needs, provide status updates, and ensure excellent customer service.


  • Train other virtual assistants in marketing as needed.


  • Manage social media accounts across major platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and review content/design on a consistent basis.


  • Work with content writers and edit copy for marketing collateral like web pages, emails, blog posts, case studies, etc. for proper grammar, tone, and style.


  • Review client website designs, ads, campaigns and other deliverables to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.


  • Understand basic keyword research and analytics to optimize SEO efforts like site content, links, and meta descriptions.


  • Ability to track and report on key marketing metrics like leads, website traffic, social followers, ad spend ROI on a monthly basis through CRM and Google Analytics.


  • Troubleshoot any client issues and work with our internal team to resolve them promptly.

Job Details:

  • Type: Selected candidate will have to work full-time

  • Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day. 

  • Remote: 100% Online, based outside the US

  • Compensation: Depending on skill and experience
