We are seeking an experienced Shopify Store Manager to oversee and enhance our e-commerce business. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage various aspects of our Shopify store, including marketing, SEO, product management, and customer support. Your expertise will be essential in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Management:
Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store.
Monitor inventory levels and manage product listings, including updates to descriptions, images, and pricing.
2. Marketing & SEO:
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
Optimize the store for search engines to enhance visibility and ranking.
Manage promotional campaigns, including email marketing and social media outreach.
3.Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various channels (email, chat, social media).
Handle returns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.).
Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaboration:
Work with freelancers or third-party services for graphic design, content creation, or other specialized tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores, with a strong understanding of the platform and its features.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
