We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Client Associate

to join our growing team. This is a critical support role that ensures seamless client experiences and efficient administrative management across our advisory services.


Position Summary:

The Client Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing client records, and serving as the first point of contact for client queries. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client onboarding and support documentation requirements
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts and financial plans
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Schedule client meetings and maintain an organized calendar for advisors
  • Ensure client records and files are updated and maintained in CRM and secure systems
  • Liaise with financial institutions to gather client documents and resolve administrative issues
  • Assist with report generation, data entry, and client communication
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (BSc required)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a financial services or client service role is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM or client management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset and a team-player attitude
