Logistics Coordinator – Customs Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Tracking, tracing, and updating customers with pick-ups and deliveries.
Inputting new orders into internal system.
Preparing all customs paperwork inbound and outbound and entering detailed information into systems.
Calling shippers and receivers to confirm load booking information.
Assisting dispatchers with truck dispatches.
Following up on missing paperwork
Qualifications:
Must have a university degree.
One year of dispatching experience
Knowledge of and master the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, Dispatch Software is an asset
ACE, ACI, CTPAT, Outlook, Microsoft applications
Be available after hours (on-call rotation)
Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset.
Team player in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate over the phone.
Be persuasive and energetic.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Remote
Hours of work: morning, afternoon or evening shift in addition to an on-call rotation.
