About the Role
We're looking for a Dynamics Architect with strong Microsoft Business Central experience to lead the design and delivery of an ERP ecosystem, including ntegrations with eCommerce and third-party logistics platforms.
This role requires a hands-on architect who can move petween strategy and execution, owning both solutior design and technical delivery
Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture • Design end-to-end ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ‣ Define data flows, system boundaries, and source of
trưth • Evaluate trade-offs (real-time vs batch, scalability vs
cost) Integration Architecture • Desian and implement intearations using APIs, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), and file-based approaches ‣ Build resilient integration patterns (retry logic monitoring, error handling) ‣ Integrate with platforms such as Shopify and 3PL providers Data & Process Engineering ‣ Model and optimize inventory, order management and financial processes • Structure core data entities (SKUs, customers, pricing tax)
Hands-on Delivery
• Translate architecture into execution (not a purely
conceptual role)
• Configure and support Business Centra
implementations • Troubleshoot issues directly within the system Ownership & Leadership ‣ Lead technical discussions and challenge
assumptions ‣ Operate with high autonomy and accountability

Stakeholder Management
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language • Guide stakeholders through decisions and trade-offs ‣ Facilitate structured discovery and alignment sessions
Requirements • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Proven background in ERP architecture and integrations ‣ Hands-on experience with API, EDI, and system integrations ‣ Solid understanding of eCommerce and logistics ecosystems • Experience working in client-facing environments • Ability to work in EST hours (morning availability required)
