What Does a Virtual Security Guard Do?

The Virtual Security Guard is the digital eyes and ears of the trucking terminal. Instead of patrolling on foot, you’ll be overseeing the entire site through a live camera system—ensuring every vehicle and driver entering or exiting is verified and accounted for.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Monitoring live camera feeds for all activity in and out of the terminal  
- Verifying drivers, trucks, and trailers before granting access  
- Opening and closing the gate remotely  
- Keeping accurate digital logs of every entry and exit  
- Preventing unauthorized access and ensuring overall site safety  
- Supporting smooth, uninterrupted terminal operations  

This role is essential to maintaining a secure environment and ensuring that the flow of trucks, drivers, and equipment stays organized and safe.
