The Client Account Manager will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience for all clients at We are Working by developing, executing and fostering collaborative business partnerships, adhering to Service Level Agreements and being the first point of contact for negotiations, change/implementations  in standard operating procedures. The Client Account Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the support staff to ensure quality results.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with overall responsibility for the success, growth, and retention of the client.

  • Act as the critical relationship holder, consultant, trusted advisor, and primary point of contact to our clients for all delivery matters while seeking opportunities to improve client satisfaction/performance

  • Meet with Clients periodically to encourage current business, and to maintain satisfaction in service delivery and renewal of contracts.

  • Oversee, evaluate, and coach support staff responsible for daily operations as specified by the client, providing quality results.

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify process improvements and opportunities to bring new Clients on Board.

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.



Desired Skills & Experience:  


  • Over 2 years of experience as a Client Account Manager (sales, support or blended)

  • Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.

  • Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office or Google Suite including: Docs, Sheets and Slides.

  • ENGLISH – (Fluent Only) Must comprehend and communicate both written and verbal English





Practical Nurse, Stony Hill

We are looking for a compassionate, respectful and caring practical nurse to work part time on weekends as a caregiver in the Stony Hill area. 



You will provide essential services to an elderly woman with Parkinson’s disease. 

Our ideal candidate is patient, self-sufficient, and has at least 3 years of experience working in home care.

 The ability to play piano or read music would be a huge plus.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative and personal tasks, to ensure that the Director’s office operates with efficiency on a daily basis.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position performs duties in the following functional areas:


  • Assist with ordering/buying of inventory items, based on computer sales and estimations etc.

  • Aid in sourcing of new vendors - communication, proving information, follow up

  • Assist with coordinating and executing personal tasks on behalf of the Directors.

  • Communicate with all stakeholders and provide support when required.

  • Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and prepare meeting agendas.

  • Ensure follow up on all task given to internal stakeholders, ensuring all deadlines are met, coordinating and compiling information and present to the Directors. 

  • Follow-up and prepare all necessary documents and information in support of Board Meetings.

  • Filling and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.

  • Liaise with companies regarding orders/follow/tracking/shipping etc.

  • Manage active calendar of appointments, organize executive and personal travel arrangements(local & oversees), and schedule meetings.

  • Manage Directors expenses, receipts, credit card reconciliation etc.

  • Organize, chair and execute meetings on various platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc.) 

  • Perform Administrative duties on a daily basis.

  • Prepare & send business and private correspondences.

  • Prepare and review communications and presentations to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

  • Verification of the accuracy of orders in comparison to PO provided.


COMPETENCIES; EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc. Degree in Business Administration or related discipline 

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar capacity

  • Certified Typist – At least 60 wpm

  • Certificate/Diploma as an Administrative Professional (would be an asset)

  • Experience in using MS Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams & Zoom

Classes run for 8 weeks on average, then repeat. A Powerpoint presentation, syllabus and study guide is provided; no grading or reviewing of papers needed!

Requirements

Must be available within: 8 AM - 11 PM Eastern Time.

 

To succeed, you will (have):

  • English fluency - written and verbal

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject and knowledge of the subject that you are applying for

  • Classroom teaching experience; online teaching experience is a plus

  • Adapt training delivery, in real-time, to meet differing experience levels of participants

  • Track student progress and help students stay on pace to take the examination within 30 days of the class end date

  • Analytical skills to assess multiple situations and perspectives, and arrive at appropriate solutions

  • Strong computer and technical skills to troubleshoot driver installations and products

  • Experience with Adobe Connect and Moodle is a plus
