Job Brief

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to liaison with customers and provide product/ service information and solve customers’ concerns/queries and deal with customers orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in the above mention area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Manage high level of incoming calls

·       Making outgoing calls to potential and existing customers

·       Providing excellent customer service at all times

·       Handling customers queries with appropriate solutions in a timely manner

·       Performing administrative duties

·       Generate sales lead

·       Build sustainable relationships with customers

·       Follow communication procedures and guidelines

·       Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

·       Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·       Identify and assess customers needs

·       Handling customers orders as they are called in/sent in by reps

·       Be knowledgeable about the products provided by company and the ability to absorb new information quickly to keep up with changes

·       Good telephone manners, including clear speech and the ability to understand persons with accents or speech impediments

  • Note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational skills

Requirements:

·       Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service position
