Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Proven experience of at least 6 months to one year in sales and marketing
  • Ability to persuasively impart information to others.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and mannerisms. Ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients, referral sources, and the general public over the telephone.
  • Ability to effectively discuss issues of a sensitive nature with potential clients over the phone and in emails, clearly communicate service options, and gather necessary information.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of client and staff information encountered in the course of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of office equipment and software programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn how to utilize additional software programs and databases as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate to Proficient level with the use of Zoho CRM 

Responsibilities
  •  Participate in cold-calling activities for potential/existing clients
  •  Secure registry staffing contracts.
  •  Secure facility placement contracts.  
  •  Sending follow-up emails to clients who haven't responded
  •  Sending proposals to customers 
  •  Fill in reports, create certificates, and create invoices from provided templates.
  •  Book appointments and perform data entry tasks using Zoho CRM. 
  •  Follow up and sending invoices to clients via Xero.
  •  Communicate with our technicians via phone or text messages.
  •  General admin duties and back-office tasks

Nice to have
  • Added bonus if he/she can use stencils in Microsoft Visio.
  • AutoCAD experience 
  • Engineering background
