A Retail Outlet is recruiting for the roles of Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors and a Manager

 Customer Service Representative
 The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of reference for customers, and will therefore be friendly, courteous and professional. The Representative will be knowledgeable about the products and services being offered, will educate the customers accordingly and will efficiently serve the Customer with utmost professionalism . He/she will perform the following tasks: cashiering, stock counting, data entry etc.

 Qualifications and Experience:
 1. At least 5 CSEC subjects including Maths/Principles of Accounts and English Language 
2. Two (2) years similar working experience 
3. Excellent customer service and rapport building skills as well as Active listening skills 
4. Detail oriented with an aptitude for numbers 
 5. Experience with Inventory Management is a plus
 6. Experience with Point-of-Sale System and proficiency in Windows Software
 7. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
 8. Honest, trustworthy and Good work Ethic

 Supervisor / Manager 
The Manager and the supervisors will work closely together to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Retail Outlet in accordance with the Laws and Regulations of Jamaica, and will ensure the store is being operated smoothly. He/she will be very diligent, reliable, detail oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent time-management skills. He/she will also have excellent interpersonal and people skills and is responsible for managing the staff. The duties will include stock counting, procurement, inventory management, keeping and maintaining excellent and accurate records at all times. 
The Manager will learn and must also be able to perform the roles of the Representatives and must remain flexible at all times.

 Qualifications and Experience: 
1. First Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related qualifications
 2. Excellent People and Business Management skills
 3. At least 3 years experience in a similar role with managerial responsibilities 
4. Inventory Management, Stock count, Data Entry and Record Keeping 
 5. Experience with Point-of-Sale system and proficiency in Windows software 
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
 7. Highly motivated and target driven
 8. Ability to teach and impart knowledge
 9. Excellent work attitude and ability to motivate junior staff 
 10. Ability to learn different job descriptions quickly and follow instructions
 11. Honest, trustworthy and Good work Ethic
