Corporate Chef

Main Purpose of Job:

To create/design menus, innovate delectable recipes and experiences that will promote the brand recognition of the company, and to manage the Company kitchens.

Manage all aspects of the consumer kitchens.

 Work directly with various stakeholders to execute menu reviews, recipe development, product demonstrations consumer experiences/demos and seminars in alignment with corporate goals.

 Prepare Food and Beverage for Corporate events.

 Responsible for adhering to all local, corporate health and safety regulations.

 Development and dissemination of recipes to increase consumer demand for products

 Create and edit culinary marketing content for social media, public websites, and traditional media.

 Create and execute sales, product and consumer presentations.

 Engage and represent the Company in corporate projects in the interest of company-wide business development and brand enhancement.

 Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

 Strict adherence to Nestlé Corporate policy, WHO Code, Nestlé Instructions, and local legislation

 Accomplish and promote the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies established by the company.

 All Nestlé functions across our Value Chain are fully responsible for observing mandatory principles, norms and instructions, for maintaining agreed Quality standards and for constantly improving them.

 Any other additional duty required by the department including support of the programs, policies and corporate/regional
